I hope you enjoyed part 1. This is a walk around after a good looking over the car and having done one or two things so far.

Just finished with your second Video and looking forward to seeing more. I just bought a 79 MGB roadster and plan on driving it this summer but when fall comes I hope to start a full restoration. It’s really not too bad of shape for its age but I think she deserves a fresh start.

Great car. Great video. I would clean up, sort out body work and engine bay before building up any parts /wiring loom to it. Looking forward to seeing it progress. Thanks.

Great solid looking car. Good luck with the resto. I've owned MG's for 3 years. Currently have a 78BGT in Inca yellow.

I wouldn’t go for a Sebring on a roadster but it’s up to you.

That is the gearbox mount

You need the gear box mount. The seam in the driver's door is spot welded. It looks too thick. There should be 3 pieces of metal spot welded together. This will become a problem when you go to put on the door seal.

Are you sure those are rivets? They look like mig spot welds which haven’t been ground down. (The spacing of them is a little far apart but not really a huge deal in my mind)
