Pontiac never made a big block They used a mid sized block which means if there’s a real Pontiac V8 in it any real Pontiac V8 will fit.

Thank gm for that but the 400 was aimed directly at the performance market. The 455 started out as a torque monster for the full size cars.

@@JamesSalvatore Pontiac V8's 287 - 455 using same block design just bored out - pretty versatile - still good for 600 pump gas hp on performance builds :)

Please do your homework on your next "review". NOT an all original car nor does it have a "big block" Pontiac. 400 is small? What planet did you grow up on? Rebuilt motor has wrong alt. pulley. No "Can Am" wheel centers were made until the 90's. No black rocker decals or paint. Ctr. "cover" on an obviously split impact strip. Incorrect steering wheel. 1377 is not the true number of units built.....
