Love to see this. I grew up Jamaica in the West Indies and remember seeing a few of these. Mainly in RHD (imported from Japan) but also saw a few LHD ones too, imported from the USA, including a few Kingcabs.I remember my stepfather wanted to buy one but didn't bother because it needed a lot of work. Am back in the UK now and lost out on buying one on Ebay last year. Am a BIG car enthusiast and would love to get my hands on a few old cars like a Chevy Luv, Datsun pickup and a few more. Getting land to store cars in London is really expensive though but hopefully I will get some land in maybe Portugal or Spain. Would love to see an update on this pickup. 🙂

Rushing to start a car like this Just causes loads of extra damage!! You should take the time to change the oil n plugs, Clean the tank , change the filters and check the water pump n thermostat ...!! Unless you don't much care about the vehicle and just enjoy the sport of getting them up n running?? Thanks for the video

Estos manes hicieron muchos pasos muy mal.Lo primero es Cebar el carburador directo donde esta el flotador,despues agregar un poco de combustible a la mariposa de baja y alta.Despues conectar un galón con combustible,directo a la entrada de la bomba de combustible.De paso pruebas dicha bomba cuando el motor arranca.Ese motor de arranque sufrió mucho porque los tipos con un poco de gas que le eharon al tanque del auto querian que el motor se quedara encendido.El truco aca es CEBAR primero los sistemas.Saludos.

I prefer the 720 which has the durable Z24 engine. My friend had an 84 which he did everything possible to kill it, but couldn't. One day I had to steer it back home for him while he towed it, engine running. He blew the rear and the 5 speed manual. The clutch and engine were like nothing happened at all. But the rust...…..

Wing windows were not available in the Datsun 620 trucks in the USA, they're worth more than that whole truck is worth, you could take those doors off(or wing window hardware/glass) and someone in the States would buy them, they're so very rare!

Why wouldn't you try and run all new fluids once u knew it wasn't seized, it seems like trying to use the old flids thru the system may damage it past the point of no return.
