Here we have a 1978 Stern Nugent pinball machine in action.
Nugent is a fun game. The shots are interesting and satisfying. Hitting the three bank on the left twice lights the centre lane at the top for extra ball. A third time awards the special. The three bank at the top right increases the multiplier. There is a rollover button at the top that lights the left and right top lanes for 9k points. Smoking the spinner adds to the bonus and getting the ball in the saucer collects the bonus. This game uses the same code as Stern's Lectronamo, which is genuinely my favourite game. They're similar in that respect with only the playfield layout being different. The added third flipper at the right side makes for some interesting shots and getting the ball behind that flipper to the shooter lane advances the bonus and scores 3k.
Nugent was designed by Mike Kubin.
