1978 Williams PHOENIX pinball machine

Here we have a 1978 Williams Phoenix pinball machine for your viewing pleasure.
This is a relatively interesting game with some fun shots, although it takes some time to get into it. Build the bonus by hitting the 1-2-3-4-5 lanes at the top of the playfield, the two stationary targets above the pop bumpers or the inlanes. Spell Phoenix by completing the 1-to-5 sequence. Once the 'E' in Phoenix is lit, the bullseye target at the top left lights to award the extra ball. The two banks of four drops at the left and right side of the playfield build the multiplier. That's pretty much all there is to it.
The two drops in the centre of the playfield are raised by rolling over the 2 or 4 switches only, which is highly unusual. These targets do not reset between balls or at the beginning of a game.
