how do you plan on attaching the outboard?

@@j_j_h221 the big reason is it's hard to find a knuckle drive for this setup, if you forget to lower the stern complete down you damage the knuckle pretty fast n its not cheap to fix that's if you have the parts to start with . Look up 1978 Struery Honda 50 four stroke , it goes almost as fast as the 305 OMC drive I have now

@@808pathfinder do you plan on removing the knuckle and filling in the hole? And just getting an outboard mount? I'm putting mine in salt water so trying to determine if outboard would be better

@@j_j_h221 ya have to close up the hole and add a reinforced platform to handle up to 125hp and a 9.9 outboard or go with a 4 cylinder diesel inboard that can come in n out with out cutting the boat later ,I will have to close up the hole no matter what because the hole is a big one and nothing is that size anymore only smaller

How is the fiberglass condition, not to dry ? Mine ok but we're you hook the rope it can rip right off and the top back window keeps leaking, . Oh and make sure you use a long stick in the drain hole I have to do that or water dont come out
