“When you’re looking through a cookbook and you come across a recipe the makes you say ‘Whaaaat?’, that’s the one to try.” I’ve never hear this explained so succinctly!

These 70's recipes are always so fun!! I would totally eat this! My mom always made us Kraft mac and cheese when we were little!

Jill, I love everything about this but the green beans! Maybe you won't mind too much if I use frozen peas, carrots, and corn? At least I hope not.☑✔🏁

Looks yummy. With a date of 1979, American swill beer would be about the only thing available in lots of the US (with the possible exception of Foster's, Heineken or Molson) so Bud's an on-point choice. OTOH I recall Busch being very popular at the time, at least on college campuses. ^_^ Have a great weekend.

Looks good, as a non drinking alcoholic, I will leave out the beer . Keep those videos coming.

So, you pair it up with the cheesy bread you showed us using the cheese packets a while back? I think that was your first recipe I commented on. It was so good! 😋 Keep up the wonderful work Jill! And I'm going to try this one too.😉

June!! So great to hear from you!! I hope you are doing well! I use the trivets you made for me all the time!! And of course chicken would be just fantastic! I stopped filming about 8 months ago but I still get all my comments and I'm so happy to see yours! 💕❤️🍸

Looks good. Does it taste like beer? I guess this isn't good for kids, unless the alcohol in the beer cooks out?
@yesterkitchen2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ava! The taste of beer is very faint but it is there and really makes a soup. It doesn't boil long enough to cook out the alcohol but you can try alcohol free beer and that way you would have the flavor without the alcohol. I've had beer cheese soup when I was a kid and never had an issue but of course the parents need to make those decisions.
