farmers will need to consolidate and share and trade use of machines, labor. and consolidate for buying power of inputs to receive volume discounts and be able to purchase early and be more in control of the end user and buyer. they need to team up to be able to bring in other sidelines to the farm kind of like the Hefty's do.

Yes, it's never good to borrow against equity due to inflation

Inflationary growth... the false increase of the value of an item! In my lifetime the price of land in my area has increased an average of 10 times. My parents bought 40 acres in the 1950's at about $450.00 roughy about $17,000 per 40 acres im 66 years old and I sold a farm 80 acres in 2020 for $4500.00 per acre, but the ground was also precisioned leveled and irrigated. But, one thing was that in the 1950's the dollar was still backed by Gold and Silver. In the early 70's our Country finally went off the gold standard, and proceeded to a fiat dollar instead of Gold & Silver the dollar is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States...whatever thats worth?
