love your videos, so you have a 185 cc in the 125 XL frame? did it fit with out any modifications, i got my hands on a 185cc i pulled it from a Suzuki at the salvage yard

A Honda 185 will fit in a 125 no sweat. Not so sure about something from a Suzuki!

Hello, a question, for a honda xl125s the valve setting is intake 0.5 and exhaust 0.8 ??

Hey Nicolas! For both the intake and the exhaust, they should be set to 0.002 in (2 thousandths), or 0.05mm. Cheers!

My Honda xl125s (1994) doesn't have a carburettor, nor an air filter. Do you think I could replace it with a carb called PZ26 from eBay, China? Or a 30mm would be better? Thank you in advance!

As long as it fits there is a high likelihood you can make it work. If the jets are too small you can drill them out with some pin vise drills, and if they are too big you can solder them and then drill them out smaller than they were. When I start mine, it sounds as if the throttle is fully open? I've adjusted the pilot screw and the idle screw but they seem to have no effect on the actual idle speed of the engine. Any Idea what I'm missing here?

It sounds like the slide may be sticking open in the carb body. I had a similar issue on my C70 when I first got it running. I'd look there first!
