Truck looks good! I just finished (well almost) putting a Quality German M-TDI in mine. Its at the exhaust shop right now. Haven't figured out the intercooler yet but thinning along the same lines you did. Nice job

yea those 1.6 turbos are pretty cool but they put too large of a turbo on the engine so there is a lot of lag. I bought a 1.9 na from q german auto parts and put a tdi turbo kit. It is much faster than my 1.6 TD. less lag and nice driving. Now learn to fuel up that pump. Very nice.

Dude, I don't think you are getting any boost. You have a tube going from the top of the intake manifold back to the tube that feeds the turbo. It enters next to the tube coming from the crankcase vent on top of the valve cover. That tube originates from where the original blow off valve was on the intake manifold. Your pressurized intake manifold is dumping back into the turbo inlet unless you blocked off that short tube. I Hope I'm wrong!!
