1982 Ulster Rally

Bertie Fisher claimed the first of his 20 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship rally victories on the 1982 Ulster Rally. In his red Escort, CIL 999, Fisher took control of the event early on to eventually win by over a minute and a half from Per Eklund in his works Toyota Celica.
