I was just a toddler when their performed at 1979... After I’m crazy madly about Queen’s song/music and Freddie on the stage, I sometimes regret why I wasn’t born earlier...

I too feel cheated, I wasn't born til 1987, Freddie passed the year I was born, im so glad his person was captured in both video,s and other types of video,s of him, I Love everything about him, I couldn't care less about his being gay, that's his business, I really don't give a shit, its his personality, and stage performance, and that voice, God I wished I had seen him live anywhere, id of paid any amount of money to see him live, I Love so bad the music he had inside him, those songs are over the top, some make me cry, some make me smile, there very emotional, with me being sensitive and passionate about music, his music touches my heart everytime I hear it no matter where I am , it always has the same effect on me, I WISHED I had saw him LIVE , there,ll never be another that's what sux once a person dies , that's it, the shows over, the end, movies over, never to be seen live ever again, death is too permanent , once it happens that's it, gone forever, the one thing I hate more than anything else about being a human being on this planet, I wished they could have come up with a drug to kill off that dreaded H.I.V. and AIDS, disease before it put an end to Freddie,s life, S.O.B. I know I may sound greedy or selfish, but I Loved Queen, the one person I really loved most, was Freddie , everything about him, was larger than life, or that's the feeling he put in me, watching his video,s makes me feel as though I can do anything I set my mind to, may GOD Bless him , I LOVE YOU FREDDIE !!!! The68lespaul I’ m sooo agree with you, I couldn’t more asking anything than to see Freddie’s live performance. I fall in love to their music... I fall in love to how Freddie singing and play his piano, how Brian with his guitar, John with his bass and Roger with his drum. The fantastic four men on music of entire world. No one could replace them as a band... And Freddie is/was sooo damn hot. Yess! I don’t care if he’s gay or bisexual at all, for me he’s my mood booster in every way... And I feel regretted the most inside that Freddie is gone too soon, and why I knew him too late, very very late... 😢😢😢

I just came from the Montreal version of Save Me- honestly not sure which one I prefer but what I really needed to say is that for some reason, he just seems like a completely different person in that 2 year time difference. His haircut wasn't even that dramatic from this to that. It's all in the mustache. It just completely changes his look somehow.

It's not just that - it's his voice and persona. The change from 1979 to 1980/1 is enormous. On stage and off it was like two different people, like a flip switched. His persona became much more harsh, rough and arrogant in the 80s and his voice became a full throated power belt, lacking the melodic nuance of his 70s voice. Was it smoking? Was it all a conscious choice to change his voice, mannerisms? A real mystery. But I much prefer the 70s Fred.
@Nina-oi1qk5 жыл бұрын
@@henryjackson2357 I agree with you; The on stage and off stage persona changed totally; I think it was the relationship break up with Joe Fanelli and subsequent unhealthy relationships with Bill Reid and others plus the dive into the gay club circuit with Paul Prenter that changed him. Breaks my heart to see the sweet 70s Freddie, altho the early 80s Freddie was hot as heck. You can see a return to his genuine personality in 1986 after he met Jim Hutton in the expression in his eyes. At least I think I can. :)
