Got a 84 FXST EVO 4 speed. Built in November 83. Narrow Glide front end with a narrow Frisco'ed Tank and cut rear guard. Love it.

Love the Chanel love the bike. Love the demo. But, fuel injection is superior in every way except road side repairability. And you can program a lope idle into anything with an eco and injectors if that’s your thing. But, dudes old school as all hell and I love it.

It's not a wide glide it's a Super Glide with a wide glide conversion

Any thoughts on the Basani road rage ? I have a 91 FXR with an S&S 96”. I used to have Python 1 ...dual singles. Loves the sound and performance... however I’m looking for a new tune and exhaust. I want performance! I’d greatly appreciate your thoughts - from Cali 916 Sacramento

I highly recommend a thunderheader it's my favorite pipe and I've tried all of them it's certainly a matter of personal preference look in style but the thunderheader exhaust has an amazing sound and it also performs while on the dyno and it has a great look it also exits behind the rear axel show the noise is not right in your ear I had the bassani road rage on both my FXR and Dyna and I did not like it it's very blatti b l a t t y and loud in the ear not pleasant the thunderheader has a better sound like I said to each their own I think the dino report was a little stronger on the thunderheader and I do like the way it looks and sounds so I highly recommend that one thunderheader

I agree with you on the thunderheader all day. That’s what I originally wanted. I do prefer the sound of the thunder header I like the old-school sound of a bike but I’ve heard from two people the new thunder headers aren’t built as well or welded as well as the old ones???.. and that they crack ??my buddy has an S&S 113 and he broke his thunder header and went to a super trap. Maybe he is just riding super hard or had it mounted wrong or something I’m not sure but that’s basically the only reason why I was looking for something different have you heard anything about these thunder headers cracking or breaking recently? And thank you for taking the time to read through your comments I think it’s pretty cool of you to take the time so I really appreciate it
