It's Bruce Wilhelm. Placed 5th at 1976 olympics and medalist at Panams. I think he knows a few things about weightlifting.

No ..its American technic....Since Davis/Anderson/Schemansky./henry/.....US method :you train powerlifting 20 hours by week and try to snatch and clean max I loads one hour 2 times per week ...DUBE.. and later HAMMAN STOPPED THAT and use legs stenght and jump energy (europeen method !!!) Results : With same level (or less...) of strenght than old school Paul Anderson, the modern Shane hamman success a Snatch at 200kgs and 237 clean/jerk (195/237 = 432 in compet)... Anderson maxi Was 140/202=342.. no far of 90 kgd under his future alter ego

Thank God they got rid of those useless drugs. Nowadays they just train harder. And do cross-fit..
