I've been on my Rebel 250 for about 4000 miles as well 3 years commuting any day I can. My biggest issue is with the vibration, did you do any modifications for the vibration?

No, I did not. It was my first motorcycle, so I guess I accepted it as normal and got used to it quickly. If your bike is mechanically sound, I guess that's the vibration you will have to live with. Lots of thread-lock! :) Thank you for commenting.

Just a standard mirrors with wide angle pieces from auto part store glued in. Still not happy with them. My Tao Tao mirrors have the golden middle - wide enough and can still see enough.
