When I lived in Rothwell I owned Jim’s old home in Jubilee Street, a very happy but decrepit home, I very slowly brought back to life but not quite finished :-( Even went to the same school as Jim, Kettering Grammar School :-)

It's pre-Americanisation of audiences. It was about ten years after this I started attending fre events at the BBC as an audience member.By that pint, they were holding up cards applause and inserting canned laughter.
