It was at .70.. i got it right to .54 and it was perfect but then I guess it moved and went down to .40 and idled at like 5 or 600 rpm but didnt die when I put it in gear.. idk if its failing or I didnt get it tight enuf

@@lostinsperry1988 make sure your throttle adjustment screw isn't loose. That can cause it to change. When you tighten the screw it also changes so you'll have to play with it a bit to get it to lock into the right number.

What products did you clean the engine with? It's super clean

The intake was taken apart and hand polished to a matte finish.

What was your idle screw set at? I need to readjust my TPS but I've fiddled with the idle screw.😅

You need to use the Ohm meter as described to set it properly.

@905Speed the cTPS screw should just be loose enough to be able to give a slight tap to the TPS where it moves 1/8" this way as you adjust, you aren't over adjusting.

@905Speed keep in mind the idle screw is different. Plus there is an idle air control that should be reset. The idle air screw is set based on where the throttle plate closes.

Do you make a hole in the wire with the multimeter positive end so it can read it right or just put it in the center like that
