14:00 - I think they were a bit premature with the balloons simply for Lisa choosing to come back - what if she didn't win the next night? In Australia, the streamers didn't happen until they either won the lot or decided to leave with a lot.

The balloons were dropped because she won the cars. Anytime a contestant won the car, $10,000, or the whole lot, the balloons were dropped.
