1987 4Runner 22RE Cylinder 2 No Fire Diagnosis 2: Wet Compression Test

I now check the compression only in cylinder number two with a bit of oil added to the cylinder. A wet compression test will give a higher compression pressure if the rings are bad and no change if the compression is lost to valves or a head gasket. I had a pressure increase of only 5 psi which seems inconclusive.

Try doing a leak down test. pop the radiator cap and listen for gurgling. Also listen for any air coming out of the exhaust pipe and Throttle body. Good luck bud!

This sucks man i just did a rebuild on the same engine due to that I found coolant in my oil.
