I have always wondered about that too, with Jimmy letting Tony through or not, and I think he just took it a fraction easy 2 corners from the finish, and Tony was still in action mode. Jim being Jim, he didn't carry on once Tony nailed him..... He just never let it happen again! ;-)

I've tried it with a couple of my videos, but it often just makes the video look bizarrely unnatural and often a bit hazy and out of focus. I had one video where I was walking towards some shrubs. Using the stabilise function just made it look like the shrubs were dancing from side to side.

I think Jim did let Tony through. On the podium afterwards, Tony was miffed that he didn't win the round (Trevor Ashby was the overall round winner) as had been expected by winning the last heat

Stabilising the picture is making this heat look like it is being done underwater at times.
