Great video!! I’m trying to build a 1991 GT. I just made a video where I spray dyed the old dash. I’m about to have to figure out how to reroute the harness through the dash and reassemble all the air duct. This video is gonna be very helpful. Glad I found your channel. Gave you a sub! 🙌

If that heater core is aluminum than you need a flow restrictor to put in the imlet house so it doesnt destroy your new heater core.

This helps big time someone got lazy and cut the evaporator core line instead of getting the specialty tool on my car smh

I have to do the same thing with mine. Looked like someone tried to plug it up to cover it up. I dont quite know the whole history on the car either.

Ford Designers were definitely not practicing the Toyota Way back in 1979. After seeing this video, its way too much work. Just drive the car in the cool weather or evenings.
