This model was my very first street motorcycle my stepdad got for me when I was 14 years old. That scooter was nearly indestructible and very reliable! I used to ride it as fast as it would go on backroads for hours on end and it never skipped a beat! Brings back memories! I am now 35 years old and got a Honda ADV 150 to bring back some of those good memories!

Yes.. I've owned alot of these scooters. Unfortunately I sold them all.. I got into 2 accidents with them(No damage really besides my body)They got to dangerous around my City(St.Paul) I have 2 Honda Spree scooters in my basement that I won't sell anytime soon. I miss riding them around town.. Super fast pickup and smooth around.

Wow I would keep on to it forever. Great condition! I have one myself, and I tell yeah. Best toy ever. I done a 4 hour ride on the highway staying 55-60mph to the beach. Ill try to upload a video of mine and a quick test drive

Top speed is around 60. Sometimes alittle faster. No problem up hills, these scooter are powerful.

I sold all of these Models I had. I would Just go to Ebay and they have a Match for the Honda Elite[s]. Or alesst they use to. Haven't checked in many Years

Does anybody know how to replace the foot brake cable on the 1987 CH150?

Nope.. Never had to do that. Probably just have to follow the old cable and install the new cable in the same path with some cable lock downs in a few spots. Goodluck

I actually never owned one..The digital is really cool..The flip headlight is 👍 They always got higher miles..So I decide to not buy one..If I get a chance with lower miles..I will buy one up.

@@Klemus28 Well I think around around 10k-15..They need attention for sure! ! drive belts..Tune ups..etc..Some bigger 250cc go into the 20,000 plus..A Maintained machine will go for alot longer..

I got a 2017 tao tao 50cc in silver with 4045 miles on it holds 1 gallon and weigh 220lbs great scooter got my scooter in 2018 had for three years worth the money I paid $700for it nice scooter you got even though this video was from two years ago do you still have your scooter

what type of oil does it use?

I think its 10w 40 for the engine..I would Google it to make sure though. Its 4 stroke engine I believe. Not a 2 cycle engine. Double check..Its been awhile since I changed oil

Alex kaneh bosm I'm 100% sure, I dont think though, these ch150cc(i believe)and the other are deluxe. they might have the same engine(150cc models ?) though. but no panels will fit.

mack hathorn Just the other day, I had it up to 62 mph on the highway for a quick minute. does 55 mph all day long ! ! they are a powerful motor for the size.
