I have a 7M that is probably pushing 450hp or more at 28psi but thinking about a 1JZ, I feel for the price it would be worth it and if it gets blown up you can just swap a 2JZ bottom end and keep the 1jz head and goodies that connect to it

vvti 2jz with GTE rods/ TT headgasket go CD009 for a transmission.

So got a mk3 I think I will go for the 2jz, I'm really worry about the wiring cost. I been seeing 1jz and 2jz around the same prices. But I know there's more in cost besid the engine.

Im building a 1.5 for my 90 mk3 I just at making videos. So I say its cheaper to get a 2jzvvti from a is300 than swap it with the sump and head, rods .
