2-53T Swap with 9G90s? The truck sure sounded good driving off across the parking lot after launching the boat.

I've thought of a 2-53, but have bought an OM617 T to swap in this winter or next. The 617 spins up around 4350-5000, so the perfect rpm range.

Hello I am thinking about buying the same model. How is it pulling a tube or most important places to put rod holders?

Pulls both ski and tube easily with two on the tube and two in the boat. Lot's of place for rod holders.
