Hummer Mods and Repairs for the M998 HMMWV : that is not true, You can not register any of the street legal ones in Colorado as it does not pass emissions, any state with mandatory inspections for emissions will give you issues with registration.

You sure can. The 2 door has the same overall length, so it's like a regular truck, but with more power.
