float needle valves was the problem on mine after fitting new pilot jets as the bike had been stood for over ten years with the previous owner.

You still have that ZX7 back there ,,,,suprised it hasn't sold yet

Check the vacuum hose that goes in between the 2 sets of Carbs(1&2) & {3&4) those ( T ) fittings are rubber and crack and break and if so they will not feed fuel to the Cylinders. It does sound like you are not running on all four. Also the coils and coil wire fail ( going into the coil) on those a lot.

over flow pipe go over carbs n down. they dont hang .running on 2/3 cylinders. are emulsions tube going through sides not under them. air/fuel bad.
