1989 to 1994 ranger b2300 harmonic balancer crankshaft hub removal and sensor

This style Harmonic Balancer Crankshaft Hub was used from 1989 to 1994 on 2.3L Ford Ranger and Mustang, plus and Mazda B2300 trucks. The truck in this video went 2 ft under salt water in Katrina. Thus the hub was flooded with Kroil to help free it up.

Excellent video, thanks alot man. Balancer was seized on my ranger all I had was the three jaw pullers didn't wanna use that and mess up the thin metal. Thanks alot

Hello doing this on an 89 ranger does the balancer need to be flush against the engine or is there a gap

What was the thread pitch / size for the bolts? Have a new to me ranger and didn't have the pulley installed, threads so dirty I can't figure out what the thread size is

frame looks in decent shape. If you get chainsaw bar and chain oil. And a old rag and rub it all over the frame it will dry and leave a protect coating from rust..
