Hello Pete, I think the middle machine with 50 amps cut the best. The 55 amps are probably not more than 35-40 amps if you measured while cutting. Greetings

They all seem capable, could have turned the newer two down to 40 same as old one, but it seemed the two new ones started easier, anyway all the best to you and your loved ones

Plasma Pete, with hands made of Kevlar Aramid! I've found that I like to have little tig gloves on at least as I'm prone to grabbing that freshly cut hot metal like a mah-roon. 😁

@@petestools thanks Pete, im currently running on 30 amp 240 Vac, for a (45 amp herocut, non pilot arc) the sticker on the unit says should be 240Vac 50 amp i have another electric drop that 40 amp. (Wrong connector) But ive never blow the 30 amp running at full 45 amp on the plasma cutter
