Hi Pete do you know what the reason is that a 45amp plasma cutter always cut heavier stuff then a 50amp machine? They looks a bit more pro, and have torch like IPT60 and so on, is it only the torch who make them cut up to 20mm or are there other difference in the machine itself?

I have a few plasma cutters now and am finding even though they are all about the same price some are cutting a lot better than others. I aim to have 10-15 machines to compare.
