We had a 1989 Eldorado, same color but, ours had a white half carriage top. It was a great car. Inherited it with only 47k miles. It wasn't as nice as this one though. But, it was very quiet inside and rode very nicely. Can't beat a vintage Caddy!

We need personal luxury automobiles back! This Eldorado is the perfect size for today... with some slight modifications with today's technology, this would reawaken the luxury segment. Cadillac needs to widen their offerings... MB, Audi and BMW do it all the time and they're successful, they sell everything they build... they offer coupes, sedans, cabriolets & SUV.

Cadillac/GM executives came up with this "Low Income Shrunken Down" model. If you were a welfare/food stamp recipient, you could finally afford to drive in miniturized luxury. This was a brilliant marketing move on the part of General Motors.

For us older generation, I owned a 1972 Eldo and to me this is a joke. That's an Olds Cutlass with Caddie emblems.

Not a great time period for Cadillac. Compared to the outgoing model( 1985)this one was very lacking

Another driving video that you can only see the dashboard. So frustrating. It needs a hood view to see what the driver sees. (Hood and ornament should be seen to get a good idea)
