@efalhe depends on a lot. If you want a touch up (scratches) removed, its not that much. If you want like a side or body panels painted, price varies depending on how good the shop is and what quality paint you want. Call around for prices or stop by. Should give you a free estimate

@Facehoal I agree with you man. I'm getting a dodge D-150 1984. It has a slant 6 thats the reason they get so good gas milage, and they run forever good luck.

Sweet truck! Can you make a video on how the 4x4 differential is activatred/how it works?

Sorry for the shaky camera. This was a few years ago and I really didn't know how to use a video camera

@Facehoal It's a seat cover that down in the back. Old Fords are not cheap, if you want to have a solid good daily driver, not a beater. In my state, I had to get it to pass inspection and e tests. I can vouch for that cost factor. BTW you're not going to get 26 mpg. The new 5.0s don't even get 26 haha. You're lucky to get 15 with an I6 in the 80's model. You can like what you want, I don't care but as an owner of an old truck and with friends driving old trucks, I can tell you it aint cheap.

@Facehoal Pt 2: I love the look of the 1987-1996 Fords better than the 1980s. But be careful not to get a lemon. I though what you thought before I got my truck: "Oh it'll be cheap and easy to fix". Specific parts such as wiring harnesses and rear ends in good condition are a bitch to find. Be careful. And I'm not going to tell you what I paid because that's my business and hopefully you respect that. But take my advice. Been there. Done that

I was making a video for "my first car" but then ended up featuring other cars I've had over the years. When I was 19 I got my first motorcycle, the video features vehicles I've obtained over a 10 year period from age 16 to 26 and it's called "Ten Years (of my life in 3 minutes)" if you have a chance, check it out. Thanks.
