did you convert this from a tiller to controls? if so where did you get the brackets to hold the cables, I have a 2003 25hp.

I converted mine. I can show you pics if you want. All homemade stuff except cables and forward controls of course.

you need only to change the carb. The 25 and 30 hp has the same manifold. The 20 hp has a smaller manifold output.

I have been thinking about doing this to my motor. I have a 1990 20 hp Evinrude. All you did was change carb and intake manifold? If so, I was wondering where the best place would be to get the parts.

No the 35 have a bigger intake need to change both a 25 to 30hp carby kit

@Marc Poindexter Actually that is INCORRECT .Title of this is correct.I converted mine in the two years since my comment and tore down a 30hp and it has a bigger opening in the intake than the 25.Found a forum showing and discusing this so I got the 30hp parts motor for conversion.thanks anyway.

No, it's not converted, at least not by me. Of all the ones i've seen they look this way. I'm pretty sure it possible to convert taking parts from a remote controlled onto a tiller model.

You need new motor mounts common problem see how the power head shakes just did them on mine
