Hey man, are you sure this is a 1990? that number plate is more 1970s!

It’s imported and actually titled as a 1966 Austin but it is definitely a 90s rover and from what I see from the lights lock mechanisms and everything else it is roughly a 1990 the plates were put on there from my father-in-law
