The date was July 28th, 1990. The finals of the 1990 PBA Quality Inns International Summer Classic tournament was staged at Boulevard Bowl, a center located in Edmond, Oklahoma. This was the final PBA broadcast on ABC television for 1990. This show featured 5th seeded Hugh Miller, 4th seeded Dave Ferraro, 3rd seeded Robert Lawrence, 2nd seeded Scott Devers, and top seeded Parker Bohn III.
