These kids were so good for the time, every street skater looked up to them emulating and all, Ban This is a classic, Rodriguez style was so smooth 🙏 Mariano, Johnson in a league of their own, check out the L.A. Boys documentary you'll love it.

Yea back then it was skate mags at the grocery store but to see it in video aside form paying $30 for a real skate video which my parents refused, this was the best we had.

They used to play the old Skate TV episodes at night on Nickelodeon in the early 2000's. I started skating in 2000. It was almost impossible to find old skate videos, but this was the next best thing. I remember an ad for Hokus Pokus on Skate TV that blew my mind; I think it was maybe Kit Erickson (RIP) who does that 360 flip down that like 7 stair, and I had no clue people were doing stuff like that in the 80's. Eventually I found Hokus Pokus on DVD; still a favorite of mine.
