This has to be September 1995 onwards. The car at 1:57 is a VW Polo, Reg N690 JTC, first registered 8th Sept 1995. Cool footage!

Looks like its from 1995/6 and Bristol pretty much still looked like this (with many of the same shops) up until 2005/6. I much preffered Bristol in the 1990's-early 2000's.

I left Bristol 5 years ago but visited 2 years ago, I just don't relate to it. I lived there from 1981 and it was ok up until the mid 2000's when they started gentrifying it. Used to have a vibrant music scene with many clubs, most of the venues now gone. Most of the decent shops are long gone and just seems to be a over priced/over rated place full of trendy Londoners.
