Thanks for the video ! To anyone doing this job, be careful at the spot around min 14 (AC power steering bracket) those bolts that pass thru on the right side of the pump. I broke off the lower portion of the bracket and I’ve seen others do the same.

yep, after watching this video. I successfully broke two bolts off in the engine. A bolt that goes through the timing cover, and the bolt that needs the P/S and A/C bracket moved. Fortunately for me, I watched McGyver on television, and got the truck back together. Fun Times replacing a water pump

You got more patience than I do I wouldn’t even attempt that with out small breaker or at least some sockets wrenchs

I'm doing this to my e150 5.8l conversion this weekend. I'm going to try to wedge a 1/2" pry bar by the fan shaft to hold clutch in place while I brake bolts loose. The more I think about it, probably best to rent the tool.

A socket and a breaker bar would've helped tremendously. That's how I got my bolts out.

Double wrench method gives us more leverage to break a bolt out.

Troy Rabbit I don't mean to offend you buddy. People just need to leave their repair advice for the experts. Unless there is absolutely! not one video in existent...
