I remember listening to Jack call this one. I don't remember more strain on the heart than this one. Cameron Burns one of my favorite athletes to play for State, right up there with Nat Showalter .

that damn smoke burns! my best friend and I were at that game (as we always were), in the same seats, so as the camera pans it's geeky, but I see us. thanks for posting. that was a special group of guys.

thanks for posting. never though i'd see this again...had this game on a VHS tape which has long been lost. i went to ole miss and was friends with Dondi Flemister

I was sitting right behind the basket where Burns hit those free throws. When the first one hit the rim hard, my heart instantly sank but then thankfully the ball sank into the goal. 😆
