Nice build. I had one when my son was born, he's now 24 :) checkout Cerakote UP North they do fantastic jobs with that coating.

This makes me want to restore my rgv as well, but is is so expensive to powdercoat 😂

Power coating is not that expensive. It’s cheaper than having it sprayed and it lasts a lot longer.

Me. I used 800 grit then 1200 then 1500. Then Autosol to finish off 👍

Anyone else thinking he should've done the crank seals. 20+year old rubber seals call me pessimistic.

Don’t know what the gearbox is like. It might jump out of gear aswell. Hopefully it will all be ok. If not the engine will be coming out 😬
