Fuel Pump Replaced.
Injectors Not Earthing Fixed.
1UZFE. Early Thick Rod Engine.
I Bought This Car For The Engine To Swap Into My RX7 FD3S.
Now I Know She Is A Good Runner, I Will Start Preparations To Remove The Engine.
Once Mounted Into The RX7, She Will Be Getting A Nice Turbo Strapped On Aswell!

How did you add an extra earth from where to the strut tower?

I honestly can not remember now, but the injectors should earth through the head and to the chassis.

Does the Lexus fuel pump make a pumping noise when turned to the on position but before firing?

I think I`m having the same issue with my injectors on my ls400 1991 i have fuel to the rail and spark but it wont start not a single one of the injectors are opening , what did you do you do to fix the earthing problem exaktly?

Start by checking each injector live and trigger from the ecu and work your way towards the injectors.

@@alfhell8696 in all honesty with that particular car I can not remember what the issue was exactly without rewatching the video. I have had a few ls400/soarers with these similar issues. You will need to go though the basics and start from the ecu with a multimeter.

Let’s just say a pair

@@007BlackGuy Check permanent live and checked switched live wires to each injector. Trace wire back to ecu for continuity. Check pins on ecu have the correct voltage and switched earth signal. If it is a pair of injectors it might be likely that the switch earth for those is not firing them. On these 1uz's the switched earth is banked for 4 sets of 2.
