My sc400 had ecu problems, and I bought a quality soldering gun and all the capacitors, and it was like $20. I would do that, it would save a lot of time and money

Some of it is already leaking onto the mother board. And I've read that the $20 capacitors are not of quality.

I have a 94 with crank no start in not getting any fuel could it be that the relay that's located where it says "air pump" is missing because mine is. I got the car from previous owner saying the fuel pump is bad so I changed that out . Didn't work, did not hear fuel pump so then I saw the "air pump" relay was missing. now I don't know if I need it or not because I cant find any information on it other than its for CA emissions.

I had the same exact issue with my sc400 I recommend relentless motorsport texas for the ecu repair they use all oem capacitors and parts and they did an amazing job on my ecu the car runs amazing now

I defintely have been looking around, and I've heard a couple of horror stories of his work. Glad your SC400 runs amazing now!

I have an issue with my sc300 that has me completely stumped. While driving and under boost, the car runs great, but when it idles, it leans out like crazy, afr gauge doesn't even give me a reading. I've checked fuel, spark, vacuum leaks, even compression, and it's all good. Do you think a bad ecu could cause this? It's on a aristo ecu

no check engine lights? These ECU's are getting close to 3 decades. So I would defintely check just to be sure.
