I’m surprised you found so many in wrecking years. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but my friend had the Mercury topaz which was basically very similar, but it had a 3.0 V6 with a five speed and it was really quick. Did any of the escorts have a six-cylinder or were they all fours?

@justin.c_SVT I remember you mentioned that and I’ve found a lot through the years and sadly the cars (GT’s) are becoming really hard to find. And none of the escorts came with a V6 from the factory the LX came with a 1.9 SOHC and the Escort GT came with a Mazda BP 1.8 DOHC, but I’ve seen some people fit a Mazda V6 in the Escorts Though.

those front 'clear' corner light/signals are a hot item for 'scortheads'. They're from the mercury tracer some escorts been v6 swap. Probe KL motor

@@Tramp-dm5xr oh I know there’s cold engine builds and swaps people have done. And I never like the look of the clear signal lights and not sure what I did with them 12 years ago, I know some people have asked me for them and I can’t find where I put them, maybe I threw them away 12 years ago, I can’t remember
