Had a 90 LX hatch 5.0 just like this one and then a 92 LX notch back 5.0. Both were standards and oh how I wish I still had one of them to drive around again. Haven't had a car since that made me smile when I turned the key like my old 5.0's

The 350 IROC had a higher Vmax, but yes, the 5.0 Mustang was the better performer all around.
