Check out the 1993 Honda Today Associe 4door 5speed kei class which is a blast to drive. See what you think of it's quirks and wonder at it's options. I hope you enjoy the video!

58 hp out of a 25 year old, naturally aspirated, tiny 659 cc engine, that is amazing! I was expecting around 40 hp for such an engine.

Mgoblagulkablong cool for the low spec base model eh? I’m guessing it hasn’t lost a whole lot because the Km is still so low. Most other bottom spec Keis were around 45hp

I have a 1993 Honda Today Pochette two-door model here in Seattle (don't know if there are any others in the U.S.). The car has been a blast to drive and reminds me a lot of my old Honda 600 ZCoupe and 600 Sedan - basic to the extreme, but just get in and go.

That is really cool to hear! I thought the Today was reminiscent of a much older car, glad another owner shares that opinion! Enjoy your Today!

I've heard of the Honda Today. For some reason, these weren't sold here in North America. These would be perfect for city driving, because of its size.
@BonsaiRidesImports5 жыл бұрын
I agree. It was a great, functional city car. I don't think any kei class cars were commercially exported out of Japan except for the early Subaru 360's from the 1960's or the Honda Vamos which mainly wound up as golf course vehicles, but there is a great selection of eligible Kei vehicles to import now.

@@BonsaiRidesImports It's a damn shame that you had to wait 20+ yrs to be allowed to import them. I've never understood why that was the case.

A little correction on the video. the engine in your today makes 47 while the mtrec version makes 58 in the today and 63 in the beat.
