1996 Impala SS Forgiato Steering Wheel Fix

Little more progress on the Impala that came from NJ. whoever installed the custom steering wheel skipped a few steps. No big deal we got it right! If you dont do these often its easy to make this mistake. There are a few extra steps not common in most other vehicles.
