It's important to note that, the 94-96 "Impala SS" is a trim level of the Caprice model (WX3) every 94-96 "Impala SS" is actually a Caprice model. As indicated by the 1G1BN (1994 only) or 1G1BL (95-96) in the vin. But a true SS can be confirmed by the WX3 on the spid tag on the trunk lid.

@@cantducknoslug Never left me stranded, replaced only the water pump and radiator after putting 30k miles on it since Ive owned it. Very reliable so far. The Lt1 is near bulletproof lol.

@@ThaDirtyBubble 265k on my 95 SS been a daily driver before I was born or even thought of & still looking good same paint same engine same trans still running strong and whooping ass. Another reason I can never leave the LT1 💯 take care of these engines and they'll do right by you. Bulletproof is an understatement lol. I use to beat the piss out of my 96 Caprice 9C1 too never tapped out. 126k on that one though

94 had different emblems on the front fenders 95 had different trim and kept the digital dash and column shifter obviously 96 had same trim but floor shifter and analog dash

94 had door mirrors and covers on the rear quarter glass. 95 got different rear windows and window corner mounted mirrors. 96 got analog gauges, tach, floor shifter.
