In part 2 of the '94 KX250 rebuild the crankcase is now ready to be reassembled after being vapor blasted. New bearings, new seals, and a new crankshaft were installed to help restore this bike to what it would have looked like on a showroom floor in 1994. We also show you how to install bearings, seals, gears, shift forks, and the shift drum the correct way. While our method of mating the two halves of the case worked for us we highly advise to use the correct tool, of which an example will be linked below. This video, while not meant to be an all encompassing guide, may serve as a general guide in assembling any crankcase as many of the fundamentals are constant across different brands and bikes. In regard to questions about this build drop a comment, we'd love to share our knowledge with you!
