The 90s in the Alabang-Las Pinas area is among my best memories. Peaceful and quiet subdivisions, it was not that hot even during summers (we survived the summer nights without airconditioning), not much traffic yet, malls are near, it was clean and everyone was friendly. I remember having so much fun in McDonalds Alabang.

I’ll never forget the best childhood memories that I had back in the 80’s and early 90’s were in Ayala Alabang. thanks for posting this video! I actually broke down and cried after seeing the Alabang Town Center, Ayala Alabang and the Millionaires Row. alam ko iba na sa Alabang and I will visit my hometown once again, soon! its been too long! (28 years)

That huge empty lot with AAV sign which is now Molito used to be Big Bag sa Alabang. When you pass by Alabang Viaduct at night to Laguna, the expressway is pitch dark.

Judging by the looks of Ayala Avenue in the intro, I believe this video was taken probably in Christmas season 1994 as the Ayala Tower One & Exchange Plaza is still seen under construction yet almost topped out and missing its cladding. IIRC, construction started in 1993 and was inaugurated in 1996.

Before sobrang ganda ng architecture design ng Ayala malls kagaya ng Alabang Town Center at Quad (Glorietta). Ngayon parang SM na lang ang design ng malls ng Ayala na box style.

@@zurbannsaito1984 na alala ko ang ATC. dating tambayan ko yan when I was still living in the Philippines. we used to live in Ayala Alabang during the late 80’s until the early 90’s. the best childhood memories I had were in Ayala Alabang and in BF Homes, Parañaque.

Parang nakita ko ung Alabang Town Center Sa video, Taga Muntinlupa na Ako since 1987 up to now, ibang iba na ang ATC now at Ayala Alabang Village Loaded na mga Bahay, bihira na lang Ang vacant lot, modern building na rin ang Muntinlupa Public Market, Ng time na Yan puro puno lang ang Brgy. Ayala now puro BPO building's at Office Building

Yung dating unfinished building na Southgate Tower na ngayon 7. The famous MANTRADE 8. Wala pang SKYWAY!!! 9. Wala pa yung mga row of buildings sa may Magallanes 10. Yung Agila boundary ng Makati 11. Iba pa yung design ng Sales Interchange (parang katulad sa mga exits ng STAR Tollway) 12. Old design ng mga tollgates ng SLEX 13. 4 lanes pala dati ang portion ng SLEX from Merville to Alabang 14. Yung owner-type jeep (na may nakasabit sa likod?!?!?!) 15. Yung dating pabrika ng Toyota Motors sa Bicutan na condominiums na ngayon 16. Wala pang SM City Bicutan! 17. Wala pang Azure!!! 18. Alabang Twin Cinema pa lang dati, bago naging Alabang Town Center 19. Yung dating puwesto ng National Bookstore sa ATC, na ngayon ay Metro Department Store na 20. Wala pang Molito!!! 21. Iba na rin ang landscape ng Saint James the Great Parish! Mabuhay ang mga taga-South NCR!!! Munti represent!
