1994 SAAB 9000 Project rear sway bar mount review

Final review and measuring for the solid rear sway bar mounts. I will be putting pricing together soon for rear ARB mounting kits. Pre-orders will be needed in order to lock in the price based on production quantity. These will be cut per order and I do not expect on stocking inventory that will sit around for 10 years.
The sister-bar clamps will be a simple design so the pricing should be ready by the end of November.

The original sway bar mounts are articulated with a rubber bushing on the pivot. I'm concerned your design won't absorb the up/down motion of the sway bar

There should be no movement apart from the torsion itself from the endlinks. I do not understand what you mean by absorbing up and down motion.

@@Ryengoth I think your next video showed what I meant because of the rear thrust on the sway bar as the suspension moved up and down. I'd also suggest a radius to reduce the stress raiser near the front mount bolt.

@@oliverscutt there is a radius there already. At this point I am done with the design work. I am wasting my time on it. Time to move on to the brake lines.
