Love the GT content and congrats on 1000+. I'm going to assume that Dennis's ceiling hanging dayglo pink is Corky Pink. If it is, then there's a big difference between that, and his OG dayglo bike. Prismatic have nothing closer from what i can see unless you go two coats of Corky, but then there's a good chance of covering the stamps.
@bmxfreestylefanatic2 ай бұрын
Thank you. It seemed like forever to hit the 1000 mark. And yes, the Dayglo pink is probably the most difficult color to match in today’s powder. I’m not sure about the exact color codes. I know my personal Dayglo pink PFT is pretty darn close. It’s almost impossible to get clear logos especially with all the Dayglos. Some powder coaters use a 2 stage process and some use 3.

Dennis, you need a 1984 - 1986 Performer, to compliment all those and show where it all began.

Hey, can you assist me, when you guys go to the grips section you mention freestyle version, are you referring to the white set style , wiith the indented triangles ? At the Same time he picks up the black set with a smooth version you are speaking in the same moment its a mater of timing i guess , Which set is the freestyle version ? Thanks 4:05
@bmxfreestylefanatic20 сағат бұрын
All of his grips were freestyle versions. The difference between freestyle and non freestyle is the ends. The non freestyle version are flanged on the ends. There’s a slight lip to keep your hands on the grips while racing. The freestyle ends are just smooth on the ends with no lip.
@radvision263120 сағат бұрын
@bmxfreestylefanatic oh I see , so what about the small triangles? Some grips look smooth the others seem to have a cut out or something around them ? Kind of perforated I was wondering if that is any difference? And, what about the font ,of the logo, old is more bubble letters and new is angled lines ?? Am I correct? I need a white set for 86 pro tour

@timanon71492 ай бұрын
@@bmxfreestylefanatic not the bikes, just hoarding parts, say a guy or girl has a bike almost complete, their dream build and can't find that elusive part to finish it, and the guy has it but won't part with preferring to leave it gathering dust on a shelf.
@BMXAuthority2 ай бұрын
@@timanon7149 Lots of guys like that out there. They have garages and attics with shit stacked on top of each other just gathering dust. They won't let any of it go and hoard it all. Most of them drive a POS car and live in a rented house but psychologically can't share their hoard. It's a mental illness. At least this guy builds the bikes and displays them nicely. That is 95% better than most of the horders.
